The weft is 100% wool while the warp (skeleton) is 100% cotton. We originally did this design in 1999 and we have changed the colors three times since then. It continues to be our top seller. The design has 5 Navajo eyes along with the stylized Mitla pattern on the top and bottom of the rug with two additional rows between the eyes.
